Tony Rodrigues – Pensacola Location Manager
Originally from the Aloha State of Hawaii, Tony Rodrigues now calls Pensacola Beach, Florida, home. Growing up surrounded by Hawaii's iconic waves, Tony developed a deep love for board sports, spending much of his time surfing and bodyboarding. His passion for adventure continued when he moved to the Pacific Northwest, where he expanded his skills to include skateboarding and snowboarding.
After relocating to the Gulf Coast, Tony discovered eFoiling and was immediately captivated. The experience of gliding above the water, observing marine life, and feeling the rush of levitation has made eFoiling his favorite among all board sports. For Tony, the crystal-clear waters of Pensacola Beach provide the perfect backdrop for this exhilarating sport, further fueling his love for the ocean.
With years of experience honing his eFoiling techniques, Tony is dedicated to helping others discover the thrill and joy of riding. His mission is to guide new and experienced riders alike in sharing his passion for this unique and transformative water sport.

- David --Emerald Wake Instructor David was born and raised in Huntsville, Alabama, where
he had early and immersive exposure to watersports on Guntersville Lake. Jet skiing, water
skiing, and tubing quickly became passions that led to his warm embrace of
paddleboarding in 2013 when he arrived in 30A. David is a founding member of RUNSUP
organization, helping them establish races, workouts, and camps on Western Lake. This
experience planted deep roots within the local community, where David thrives as an artist,
hospitality ambassador, and adventure guide for your next action voyage. He’s also a
staunch conservationist, cornhole enthusiast, gamer, and all-around good-time, good guy.
- Finn - Emerald Wake Instructor Finn is a passionate marine biologist turned adrenaline
enthusiast. Originally from Charleston, South Carolina, Finn spent eight adventurous years
riding waves and casting lines in Cabo San Lucas. With 5+ years of surf instruction
expertise, he fosters comfort in the water, blending his love for the ocean with cutting-edge e-
foil technology. As a teacher and professional videographer, Finn’s mission is to share the
thrill of the sea and make waves accessible to all.
