Fliteboard Maintenance & Repairs

Our service rates. 

• Flite Pro 100-hour maintenance is a $225 labor + $85 parts (end cap service kit, 200 silicone oil, and shop supplies) drop-off service.
• 100-hour maintenance mobile service is $450 + parts. 
• Flite Jet 200-hour maintenance is a $265 labor + $110 parts (end cap service kit, 200 silicone oil, and shop supplies) drop-off service.
• 100-hour maintenance mobile service is $450 + parts. 
• Out-of-warranty labor hourly rate is $225. 
• Custom paint and Fliteboard repair: Services offered range from cosmetic repair to structural repairs, servicing, and modifications to full restorations using only the highest-quality epoxy, carbon fiber, and composite materials. Request a quote.

Regular Fliteboard maintenance includes:

1. Mast inspection and replacement of motor seals, oil, anode, and the wing pad.
2. Pressure-test the sealed system.
3. Software/firmware updates.
4. Check the overall condition of the controller and trigger mechanism.
5. Check the overall condition of the prop and re-grease the bearings.
6. Check the overall condition of the board for anything beyond cosmetic damage.
