This Payment Policy explains the accepted payment methods and applicable fees for purchases made through Emerald Wake.

By placing an order with Emerald Wake, you agree to the terms outlined below

Accepted Payment Methods

Emerald Wake currently accepts the following forms of payment:

• ACH (Automated Clearing House) transfers
• Wire transfers
• Credit cards
• Debit cards
• Cash App

Accepted card brands may include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, depending on availability at checkout.

Convenience Fees

To help offset payment processing costs:

• Credit card and debit card payments are subject to a 3% convenience fee
• Cash App payments are subject to a 3% convenience fee
• ACH and wire transfers do not incur a convenience fee

Any applicable convenience fee will be disclosed prior to payment and reflected in your order total.

Payment Timing

• Payment is required in full before an order is processed or shipped, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Orders will not ship until payment has cleared.

For large or custom orders, Emerald Wake may require payment via ACH or wire transfer.

Authorization & Fraud Prevention

Emerald Wake reserves the right to:

• Verify payment information prior to order acceptance
• Request additional documentation to confirm billing or identity
• Cancel or delay orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity

Orders may be refused or canceled if payment authorization cannot be obtained or verified.

Refunds & Chargebacks

Refunds are issued in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in order cancellation, account suspension, or additional verification requirements for future purchases.
