SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms of Use and applies to all orders placed with Emerald Wake.
Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.
Shipping Locations
Emerald Wake ships within the United States only.
- We do not offer standard international shipping.
- In rare cases, international delivery may be arranged at Emerald Wake’s sole discretion using a customer-provided freight forwarder.
- Any shipment transferred to a freight forwarder is considered final delivery, and Emerald Wake is not responsible for loss, damage, or delays beyond that point.
Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, provided items are in stock and payment has cleared.
- Orders placed after the daily order cut-off time, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Order Cut-Off Time
- Orders placed before 1:00 PM Central Time (CT) on a business day may begin processing the same day, pprovided the items are in stock and payment has been successfully processed.
- Orders placed after 1:00 PM CT, or on weekends or holidays, will begin processing on the next business day.
- Same-day processing may be available but is not guaranteed.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
We primarily ship using UPS:
- UPS Ground (standard)
- UPS Expedited / Overnight (available at customer’s expense)
Oversized or heavy items may ship via freight carrier, which will be quoted separately.
Estimated Transit Times
Transit times begin after order processing is complete.
- UPS Ground: Typically 1–5 business days, depending on destination
- Expedited / Overnight: Based on carrier service level selected
All delivery dates are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside of Emerald Wake’s control.
Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.
- Promotional free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders.
If an order that qualified for free shipping is returned, the original outbound shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
Delivery Address Requirements
To reduce fraud and ensure successful delivery:
- Orders must ship to a confirmed physical address
- We do not ship to PO Boxes or virtual mailbox addresses
- Address changes after an order is placed may delay shipment
Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.
When your order ships, you will receive a shipping notification with tracking information.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Retain all packaging materials
We will assist with filing a carrier claim when applicable
