At Emerald Wake, we are committed to delivering a premium experience across our products, lessons, and service offerings.

If you are not satisfied with a product you purchased from us, a lesson you attended, or service work we performed, we encourage you to contact our team. We will work with you in good faith to understand the issue and determine a fair and reasonable resolution.

What This Guarantee Covers

This Satisfaction Guarantee may apply to:

Products

  • Verified product defects or malfunctions
  • Shipping errors or transit damage
  • Technical issues where additional support or troubleshooting may resolve the concern

Lessons

  • Instructional quality concerns
  • Safety-related issues
  • Equipment-related issues during the lesson that materially impacted the experience

Service & Repair Work

  • Workmanship-related concerns
  • Issues arising directly from service performed by Emerald Wake
  • Corrective adjustments required to meet reasonable service expectations

What This Guarantee Does Not Cover

This guarantee does not apply to:

  • Change of mind after use
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or failure to follow instructions
  • Environmental conditions (weather, water conditions, or visibility)
  • Customer skill level, learning pace, or physical limitations
  • Lessons or services disrupted by circumstances outside of our control
  • Products that have been opened, installed, used on the water, or modified (unless a verified defect exists)

Resolution Options

Depending on the situation, resolution may include:

  • Additional instruction or follow-up support
  • Troubleshooting assistance
  • Repair or rework of service items
  • Store credit
  • Partial or full refund, where appropriate

All resolutions are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to Emerald Wake’s published policies.

Important Notes

  • Lessons and service work must be reported as unsatisfactory within 48 hours of completion.
  • This Satisfaction Guarantee is intended to provide peace of mind and premium support; it does not override or expand our published Shipping, Returns & Refunds, or Lesson policies.
  • Emerald Wake reserves the right to determine the most appropriate resolution based on the facts of each situation.
