Manufacturer Warranties

Most products sold by Emerald Wake are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, where applicable.

  • Manufacturer warranties are provided solely by the manufacturer, not by Emerald Wake.
  • Warranty coverage, duration, and terms vary by product and manufacturer.
  • Emerald Wake does not extend, modify, or replace any manufacturer warranty.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the applicable manufacturer warranty documentation included with the product or provided by the manufacturer.

Emerald Wake’s Role

Emerald Wake does not provide a separate or additional warranty beyond what is offered by the manufacturer.

As a courtesy, Emerald Wake may:

  • Assist customers with identifying applicable warranty coverage
  • Help facilitate communication with the manufacturer
  • Provide guidance on submitting a warranty claim

Final warranty determinations, approvals, repairs, or replacements are made by the manufacturer, not Emerald Wake.

What Is Not Covered

Unless expressly stated by the manufacturer, warranties typically do not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic damage
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper installation
  • Damage resulting from modifications or unauthorized repairs
  • Environmental damage (including water intrusion beyond intended use)
  • Consumable items
  • Batteries or battery performance degradation over time

Warranty coverage may be voided if manufacturer guidelines, maintenance requirements, or safety instructions are not followed.

Used, Demo, or Clearance Products

Products sold as used, demo, refurbished, or clearance may carry limited or no warranty.

Any applicable warranty coverage for such items will be disclosed at the time of sale.

How to Initiate a Warranty Claim

To initiate a warranty-related inquiry, please contact Emerald Wake using the contact information provided on our website and include:

  • Order number or proof of purchase
  • Product serial number (if applicable)
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos or videos if requested

Emerald Wake may direct you to work directly with the manufacturer or assist in coordinating next steps.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Emerald Wake shall not be liable for any damages arising from or related to manufacturer warranty decisions, including delays, denials, or determinations made by the manufacturer.
