For your security, express payment methods like Apple Pay and Google Pay use encrypted tokens. Emerald Wake does not store or have access to your full credit card information when these methods are used.

When using express checkout (Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Link), please ensure your saved shipping and billing addresses are up to date within those apps before confirming your order.

Financing & Installment Payment Options

Emerald Wake may offer financing or installment payment options through third-party providers, including:

These financing options allow qualified customers to pay for purchases over time, subject to approval by the financing provider.

All financing applications, approvals, payment schedules, interest rates, and terms are determined solely by the respective provider. Emerald Wake does not control and is not responsible for financing decisions, terms, or agreements.

By selecting a financing option at checkout, you agree to the terms and conditions of the applicable financing provider in addition to Emerald Wake’s policies.

Payment Timing

• Payment is required in full before an order is processed or shipped, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Orders will not ship until payment has cleared.

For large or custom orders, Emerald Wake may require payment via ACH or wire transfer.

Payment Security

All transactions are encrypted using SSL (TLS 1.2+) technology.

Payment processing is handled by Stripe a PCI DSS Level 1 compliant payment processor. Emerald Wake does not store or have access to your full credit card number.

Authorization & Fraud Prevention

Emerald Wake reserves the right to:

• Verify payment information prior to order acceptance
• Request additional documentation to confirm billing or identity
• Cancel or delay orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity

Orders may be refused or canceled if payment authorization cannot be obtained or verified.

Refunds & Chargebacks

Refunds are issued in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in order cancellation, account suspension, or additional verification requirements for future purchases.
